Dean and Dan Caten, twin brothers from Willowdale, Toronto, began their fashion journey in 1984 at Parson' School of Design in New York City.
Eight years later, the Canadian duo moved to Italy to create their brand. After collaborating with some famous fashion houses in Italy, the designers presented their first men's collection under the label DSQUARED2 in 1995.
Dean and Dan split their lives between Milan and London. The Dsquared2 collections are made in Italy. The brand motto "Born in Canada, Made in Italy".
