Don Papa Rum takes its name from Papa Isio, a hero of the Filipino Revolution who helped drive the conquerors of his country away. It has been maturing in American oak barrels for over 7 years before being perfectly mixed by its main burner. Light and fruity on the nose, soft and delicate on the palate. The bright, amber-colored Don Papa has a long, structured finish and offers aromas of vanilla, honey and candied fruit.
