It is a gin from the London Dry category distilled four times in copper distillates to obtain only the purest juice of a wise mixture of four basic plants: juniper, coriander, liquorice and angelica. Transparent and crystalline, it presents the nose with distinct sensations of aromatic and official herbs as well as sweet liquorice spices and bark notes. Its taste is dry and firm, quite balanced in almost citrusy freshness, with a soft and round body, which leads to a dry, clean and decided finish in the vegetable.
