Scotland's favorite whiskey was created in 1896 by Matthew Gloag, whose signature is still printed on every bottle of The Famous Grouse sold today.
The Famous Grouse still combines the finest grains, pure Scottish water and carefully seasoned sherry and bourbon barrels to make the uniquely rich, round and sweet whiskey. The taste of the popular blended Scotch whiskey has a little of everything: vanilla, dried fruit, spices and citrus. Only the smoky and grainy notes are a bit short.
