The Tomintoul Distillery was built in 1964 and is located on the picturesque Glenlivet winery in the whiskey-producing region of Speyside. The distillery is named after the nearby village of Tomintoul, the highest village in the Scottish highlands.
The distillery uses traditional techniques that go back centuries to make the award-winning single malt "the gentle drama". The natural environment, the fresh air and the pure water contribute to our uniquely soft and mild spirit.
