Limoncino Bottega is a limoncello, a traditional Italian liqueur that was born in the late 19th century. It is made from an infusion of feminine lemon peel. A variety that is characterized by fine-grained skin and the high quality of the essential oils. Cultivated naturally and without treatment, they are harvested at maximum ripeness, washed and peeled by hand, removing the white part (bitter) and choosing only the yellow part, which is rich in essential oils. The lemon peels thus obtained are poured into alcoholics for about 30 days. After a slow extraction process of the flavors and colors, the liquid is separated from the shells. Finally, high-quality sugar and grappa are added, which makes this Limoncino unique and unmistakable.
