Harveys was founded in Bristol in 1796 by merchant William Perry and matures in American oak barrels according to the traditional system of Soleras and Criaderas and is a worldwide icon of sherry.
The sherry has a distinctive intense color of gold and amber, which already points to the mild, creamy taste. When you open the bottle, a wonderfully pleasant smell of fruit is already released. On the palate, Harvey's Bristol Cream Sherry has an elegant, pure taste of grapes and roasted nuts. Also fine notes of vanilla, citrus and toffee candy are to be tasted for the connoisseur. The Departure is incredibly velvety and mild and gives rise to a touch of fruity sweetness one last time.
