Plantation Rum is a special series that collects and rediscovers distillates of different ages with an extraordinary variety of flavors. The Maison Ferrand company was always looking for small series in the Caribbean rum production and then tried to market them. This is how this Plantation series came about. The rums are characterized by so-called double aging. They first mature in the hot and humid climate of the Caribbean, mostly in young bourbon barrels. You will then be transported to France, where they can ripen again between a few months and just over a year. This creates the excellent taste experience.
