1858 took over Madame Pommery after the death of her husband, the management of Pommery & Greno. She founded the extension of her house to create wines that are different from others, with a constant demand: quality that is driven to extremes. Aware of the importance of the origin of the grapes for the quality of their wines, over the years they built up a collection of the best vineyards in the entire Champagne region.
